Permissions not working?
If the camera, microphone, or Photos access isn't working, open the iOS Settings app, find Snaplay, and confirm the needed permission is enabled. Snaplay needs:
- Camera — to capture photos and videos in the app.
- Microphone — to record audio when recording videos.
- Photos — to save your captioned files back to your library.
Reporting an issue
When you email about a problem, please include your device model, iOS version, what you were trying to do, and whether the issue happened with a captured photo, captured video, or imported media. Screenshots help.
